The Cabin Services Assistant (CSA) plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional onboard experience for Emirates’ First Class customers. This position is responsible for organising, hygienically cleaning, and personalising the exclusive A380 Shower Spas, ensuring each guest enjoys a luxurious and memorable service.

Although the main responsibility is maintaining the Shower Spa, the CSA is also required to support the upkeep of First, Business, and Economy Class lavatories, premium lounges, and general cabin areas. This role focuses solely on cabin cleanliness and presentation and does not overlap with Cabin Crew service duties.

The CSA reports directly to the Purser, or to the Senior Flight Steward/Stewardess (SFS) when the Purser is unavailable or on crew rest.
